We know that visiting a new place can sometimes be a concern. Rest easy! Take a few moments to plan your arrival on the Grand Traverse Conference property and learn about how to get around. A huge team of hospitality volunteers are waiting to welcome and guide you during the week.

Arriving to Annual Conference
Your arrival will be made easier by following the plan designed by the Annual Conference Program Committee. Please select the arrival plan that best meets your need. It depends on your conference affiliation, status and if you’re staying on the main property or other locations.

Parking
There is ample free parking for those attending annual conference. We ask that you consider the needs of those who are less mobile and the needs of those commuting in each day in selecting what lot you park in. Parking volunteers will be available to help you find your way from your lot to where you need to be.

Shuttles
Some Grand Traverse Conference Center housing is located of the main campus. A free shuttle service will bring you to and from the Conference Center each day.

Maps
Check out the full range of facility maps to help you get around. You can view them onscreen or download PDF versions to bring with you. Upon arrival, the annual conference program will contain many of these maps for your convenience.
